Frozen in motion

While taking some pictures of the crashing waves after the storm the other day I though I'd see how this would look at a high shutter speed. The ISO was cranked up to 1250, giving me a shutter speed of 1/250 at f/7.1. I think a slower shutter speed I think looked better, but I did think this looked kinda cool. Let me know what you think. As always, comments and criticism are always welcome and appreciated.
